When you attempt to make a call on a cell system
that your carrier does not have a roaming agreement with, you may go
to the American Roaming Network and be prompted to complete the call
with a calling card or credit card. Here is an example from Cricket
Communications when accessed with a Verizon Wireless cell phone.
