Call Not Completed, Technical difficulties (Sept. 1999)
MCI's recording informing you that your call cannot be completed due
to technical difficulties. This was recorded shortly after Hurricane
Floyd hit Rochelle Park, NJ.
Calls to Mexico Require 10 Digits
(November 2004)
A recording in Spanish then English informing callers to redial the
number to Meixco with 10 digits instead of 8 digits.

2003)

Verizon Long Distance - Trouble With
Completion (September 2005)
Verizon Long Distance's recording
indicating that there will be trouble with completion of this call
for an extended period. This appeared after Hurricane Katrina hit
the Gulf Coast area in August 2005.
Verizon Long Distance - Fraud Concerns (October 2003)
Verizon Long Distance's recording stating that the number you dialed
cannot be completed due to fraud concerns. This was from an
attempted international call where the per-minute rates are very
high.
