MCI General Information & Error Recordings

Call Cannot Be Completed (2002)
MCI's recording informing you that your call cannot be completed as dialed.

Call Not Completed, Technical difficulties (Sept. 1999)
MCI's recording informing you that your call cannot be completed due to technical difficulties. This was recorded shortly after Hurricane Floyd hit Rochelle Park, NJ.

Calls to Mexico Require 10 Digits (November 2004)
A recording in Spanish then English informing callers to redial the number to Meixco with 10 digits instead of 8 digits.

Sprint General Information & Error Recordings

Call Cannot Be Completed (2002)
Sprint's recording informing you that your call cannot be completed as entered (dialed).

International Call Cannot Be Completed (2002)
Sprint's recording informing your international call cannot be completed as entered (dialed).

Non Completion Disconnect (2002)
Sprint's recording informing you that the party you're trying to reach is not answering and is disconnecting your call.

Verizon Long Distance General Information
& Error Recordings

 Verizon Long Distance - Call Cannot Be Completed (December 2003)
Verizon Long Distance Call Cannot Be Completed recording.

Verizon Long Distance - Trouble With Completion (September 2005)
Verizon Long Distance's recording indicating that there will be trouble with completion of this call for an extended period. This appeared after Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast area in August 2005.

Verizon Long Distance - Fraud Concerns (October 2003)
Verizon Long Distance's recording stating that the number you dialed cannot be completed due to fraud concerns. This was from an attempted international call where the per-minute rates are very high.

Other Long Distance Company General Information & Error Recordings

Frontier - Number is Invalid (Sept. 1999)
An old Frontier (now Global Crossing) recording informing you that number you dialed is invalid.

Vartec - Number Is Invalid (October 2003)
Vartec's recording stating that the number you dialed is invalid. The voice is "Crystal" from AT&T's Natural Voices text to speech service.

World Trade Center Special Error Recordings

Telephone Facility Trouble recordings for New York City reached by AT&T, MCI/WorldCom, Sprint and Verizon. The number was for a restaurant and observatory that was once at the top of 2 World Trade Center in New York City.
